Frank Volpe has been hired as the next Director at Colegio Nueva Granada in Bogota, Colombia, with a start date of July 2025.

Frank has a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology, as well as Master of Arts degrees in Counseling & Educational Psychology and Multicultural Special Education.  Frank is originally from the United States and has lived in Ecuador, China, Mexico, Cuba and Spain, and speaks English, Spanish and Mandarin fluently. 

Frank is currently the Director General of the American School of Quito in Ecuador after having served as Upper School Principal at Shanghai Community International School, as the Assistant Director of Cottonwood Classical Preparatory School in Albuquerque, and as the Assistant Principal of Corrales International School in Albuquerque. 

Prior to becoming an administrator, Frank was a Special Education teacher and worked internationally at the International School of Beijing, and in the United States at Sand Hill Child Development Center and Villa Santa Maria, both in New Mexico. 

We wish Frank, his wife Emily and their two daughters Aria and Cadence all the best in their future life in Bogota and at Colegio Nueva Granada.
