Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Board of Trustees and Search Committee of Lincoln Community School (LCS) in Accra, Ghana, I am pleased to announce that after a worldwide search which produced a large number of highly qualified candidates, Mr. Ben Marsh has been appointed as the new LCS Head of School, beginning in July 2016 for the 2016-17 academic year. He and his wife will be accompanied by their two children who will join the LCS elementary school.

Mr. Marsh is currently High School Principal of the American International School of Dhaka in Bangladesh. He has been a principal at AISD since his arrival in 2009. Prior to his positions at AISD, he was Director of the American International School of Lesotho, in Maseru, Lesotho. He has also worked in South Asia as well as in public and independent schools in the United States.

Mr. Marsh earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Portland, and a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Montana.
