Jessica Magagna of Search Associates

Jessica Davey Magagna, is the 14th administrator to join Search Associates since its founding in 1990. Jessica has had a wealth of international experience. She was born in Tangier, Morocco, when her father was the Headmaster of the American School of Tangier. After subsequently spending 7 years in the United States, her family moved to Tehran, Iran from 1975 to 1979, and Jessica attended elementary school there during that time. She has also visited extensively in Indonesia, and has travelled to other countries in Asia, Europe and South America on several occasions.

Jessica attended Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, where she received a B .A. in Communication Studies. She has had several years experience as a teacher's aide and teacher in an Early Childhood Center in Bloomsburg as well as at La Jolla Country Day School in California.

She has been employed as an executive in the fashion industry for several years, specializing in staff recruitment. She has been widely recognized throughout her entire region for her outstanding performance in personnel recruitment and training.

Jessica's area of responsibility with Search Associates will be in the screening, advising, and placement of candidates as well as assisting with the planning and organization of the Cambridge Fair.
