Application Process

The registration form which follows will require specific information. You may wish to first print out the salary/benefit/vacancy survey form in order to review it and gather the information you will need to complete this form. THIS APPLICATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE SCHOOL HEAD, OR MUST BE REVIEWED IN DETAIL AND APPROVED PERSONALLY BY THE SCHOOL HEAD.

Please answer all the questions (#1-#27 for International School and #1-#17 for North American Independent Schools) on the salary/benefit/vacancy survey form. If any of these questions are unanswered you will not be able to proceed to the school vacancy posting section of the application. Please answer all questions as accurately as possible.

Please select a username and password, each containing no more than 8 letters or numbers or a combination thereof. As soon as your application has been reviewed and approved by Search Associates, we will send an e-mail confirming this password and username, at which time you will have full access to our database.

Please READ CAREFULLY the Binding Agreement which follows the application form.

Once you are approved, you will be able to use your username and password to return to your submitted application at any time to:

• Make needed corrections
  
• Add new positions
  
• Delete positions which have been filled

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that all schools and recruiters, THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, update the vacancy section IMMEDIATELY after filling a listed position or becoming aware of a new position. All additions, deletions, corrections or updates of any kind are the sole responsibility of the recruiter and the school.

NOTE: ALL VACANCIES WILL BE DELETED AUTOMATICALLY IF A SCHOOL'S TABLE OF VACANCIES HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR 45 DAYS. AN AMENDMENT TO JUST ONE VACANCY WILL UPDATE THE WHOLE TABLE OF VACANCIES.
