After completing a 39-year international career in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, Dr. Norma J Hudson currently works with Search Associates as a Senior Consultant for leadership searches in international schools. Previously, Dr. Hudson served as the Head of School at the International School of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the Superintendent of the International Schools Group, Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Hudson holds a Bachelor of Education degree, a Master of Education degree, and a Doctorate degree in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Dr. Hudson has served on the NE/SA and EARCOS Board of Directors, and the MSA International Schools Advisory Committee.
