The Cambridge fair is one of the larger fairs that Search Associates has to offer, hosting nearly 500 pre-screened teachers, administrators, and intern candidates and attracting as many as 240 recruiters from around the world.
The Cambridge fair is considered the "flagship" of all Search Associates fairs due to its long history of success for both candidates and schools.
As with all fairs, attending the Cambridge fair offers both candidates and school recruiters the opportunity to schedule interviews to determine if there is a good "fit". In addition, it is the best way to network with other international teaching candidates (as well as recruiters) and get a good sense of the joys and challenges of teaching abroad. The timing of the Cambridge fair is quite advantageous, as it is neither too early or too late in the international recruiting cycle. School recruiters will be able to interview a large pool of excellent candidates and candidates will have access to a large number of positions available.
75% to 80% of candidates attending the Cambridge job fair received one or more offers as a result of the fair! 53% of candidates attending this fair accepted an offer!

The Cambridge fair team offers extensive personal assistance to schools and candidates attending. To help us in these efforts, there are numerous Senior Associates on hand to assist, including;

We are happy to accept those candidates and schools who are fully registered and have received an invitation to attend. Having said that, this fair is quite competitive and therefore, we encourage candidates to talk with their Associates to determine if this fair is best suited for their job search. Invitations for the 2014 Cambridge fair will be ready to send in mid September to those candidates who are fully registered with us. Once you are active, you can request an invitation directly from your candidate dashboard page. Invitations for schools will be sent out earlier.
