New Search website a hit

More user-friendly and efficient! That's what candidates and schools think of the new Search Associates website.

Just a few months after launching the new site, Search has been asking for some feedback from candidates to gauge the success of the new site and has been delighted with the responses to date.

Search Executive Vice President Jessica Magagna, said that after a lot of hard work and a lot of listening to site users, that many people were now really happy with how the refresh made their interaction with the site more straightforward and efficient.

"The new site has been a bit of a labour of love, but our approach at all times has been to try to put our candidates and schools first. We have tried really hard to respond to every comment and suggestion that has been made since the launch, so in a way the development of our new site has been a huge team effort."

Some of the comments from users include:

"I have to say the new website does credit to your organization. It's a brilliant upgrade."

"The revamped site works very well. It's very intuitive and easy to use. It makes me more efficient and I appreciate that. Nobody does it like Search."

"I would just like to let you know that I find the new website very good, easy to use, clear and so efficient! Great improvement!"

"Your new website is awesome and has made the reactivation process easy! Thank you for your helpfulness and positive energy."

Jessica said that while the technology was making life easier for Search candidates and schools as well as the Search Associates and their teams, the organization was still committed to a very personal level of service.

"It's crucial that we have a website that's fit for the 21st century, but at Search there will always be real people to talk to as well. There is no substitute for the personal service that characterizes our organization and every year candidates and schools tell us that it is this that makes their dealings with us effective and successful."

She added that Search planned to carry out a more comprehensive survey of website user feedback in the coming months:

"We listen very carefully to all feedback so we certainly hope everyone will participate in the survey when it comes their way."
