Prior to attending the fair, we want you to be prepared. We will provide candidates with an information package, including details about what to expect, what to bring and how to set up interviews. The package will also include a comprehensive list of sample interview questions.

At the orientation session of the fair, candidates have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the fair and the recruitment process. In addition, candidates will hear first-hand from recruiters who will describe what they look for in an ideal candidate.

Search Associates prides itself on its personal approach. Candidates will be able to interact with their personal recruiter as well as any member of the experienced Search Associates staff. The staff team has over 100 years of international experience combined!

The Toronto Search Associates Fair is run by Senior Associate Ray Sparks. The fair will take place at the Delta Chelsea, located in the heart of downtown Toronto. The hotel is easily accessible by train, subway and bus. Specials rates will be given to candidates and recruiters.
