| PHOTOS: (NOTE THAT THIS IS VOLUNTARY, NOT REQUIRED. However, recruiters consistently tell us how important the candidate photos are in helping them recall and recognize individuals after interviewing dozens of them during the recruiting "season.") We strongly encourage you to access your application form and upload your own photo ("HEADSHOT" ONLY---SEE EXAMPLE BELOW) so that it appears clearly on your web application. It is easy to do. A SNAPSHOT will do, as long as the quality is good--clear, better lighter than darker, and with sufficient contrast AND ABOVE ALL, CROPPED CORRECTLY. The photo should be HIGH RESOLUTION, sharp and clear to show up properly both on our website and when we photocopy your files for the recruiters. (Failure to follow the directions above and below may cause your computer to crash permanently, or at the very least will place you in the dreaded “high maintenance drawer” now and forevermore.)
