Harry joined the Search team in 1993 after many years as a teacher (Buenos Aires & Birmingham) and Headmaster of British system and international schools in Buenos Aires, Rome, Dubai & Bangkok. Harry grew up in South Africa and the UK. His B.A. and M.A. from Cambridge University are in Maths and Economics, and his Diploma of Education is from Oxford University.

During his career in schools, Harry was an active member of many International Schools organizations, serving on the committees of ESSARP, the very active River Plate schools' organisation, COBISEC (British schools in Europe) and ECIS, where for a period he was Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Membership of BSME (British Schools in the Middle East) and EARCOS (East Asia) came with later work, and for thirteen years he was an overseas member of Britain's HMC (Headmasters & Headmistresses Conference). He has been for many years a regular participant at major IB regional and worldwide conferences.

After a successful career in international education of her own, Margaret Deelman joined Harry full-time in 1996. Born and brought up in Peru & the U.K., Margaret has a B.A. and M.A. from Cambridge University and a PGCE from the University of Bristol.

Both Harry and Margaret have accumulated a very extensive knowledge base as regards overseas and international schools. Having visited many, especially recently, they have first hand knowledge of the schools and their various educational systems.
