Nazgol Adili first joined Search Associates in 2004 as a candidate, working with founder John Magagna, before beginning her international teaching career in Singapore and later in Bangkok, where she taught Business, Economics, and worked in special education. Her experience abroad gave her a deep appreciation for the opportunities and challenges faced by international educators, shaping the empathetic and practical approach she brings to her leadership today.
Since rejoining Search Associates in 2010, Nazgol has held roles across nearly every facet of the organization, gaining expertise in candidate management, recruitment, job fair operations, data systems, and policy development. Earlier in her career, she helped develop Search Associates’ original school screening process, a framework that continues to guide membership standards today. She has also contributed to the design of new technology and data systems that have enhanced operational efficiency and transparency across the organization.
Now serving as Director of Candidate Services and Standards, Nazgol provides executive oversight of all candidate related practices, policies, and services across the Teacher Recruitment Division. She leads the company’s efforts to ensure that every educator’s experience with Search Associates is fair, consistent, and grounded in trust.
Nazgol has been an active contributor to Search Associates’ diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and continues to help guide the organization’s ongoing commitment to learning, growth, and the continual improvement of the candidate experience. Her work reflects a deep understanding of Search Associates’ mission and a long standing dedication to supporting educators around the world.
