Welcome New Candidate

We are delighted that you are considering joining Search Associates. Becoming a member candidate is the first step toward exploring the world of international teaching.

Before beginning your application, please review our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)for important details about membership requirements, fees, and how our process works. You may also wish to visit our About Us page to learn more about our mission and global team.

Our membership process is selective because we partner with many of the top international schools worldwide, each with specific hiring expectations for experience and professionalism. As a member, you will gain access to our network of more than 750 thoroughly vetted and trusted schools, with detailed profiles and current job postings available exclusively to Search Associates candidates.

As you begin your journey, you will complete a short pre-screening questionnaire that helps determine whether Search Associates is the right fit for your background and goals. If eligible, you will then complete your online profile and be connected with an experienced Senior Associate, who will review your application and reach out with next steps.
