Known for Its Friendly, Personal Feel

Approaching its fifth year, the Singapore Teaching and Leadership Fair welcomes up to 50 schools and 150–200 candidates. Approximately 20% of attendees seek senior leadership roles, with plentiful middle leadership and teaching opportunities. The Fair suits those seeking their first interviews for promoted roles through to experienced middle and senior leaders.

A valued optional Leadership Q&A session allows educators to engage directly with attending school leaders. This complements career advice and coaching from our experienced team throughout this intimate, supportive two-day event.

For many, the Fair is the first step in an interview process continuing over following weeks and involving other stakeholders. This is particularly common for those seeking leadership roles and teaching couples where one partner is seeking a leadership role.

The Fair is for experienced educators, who have 2 years’ international school experience beyond their home country.

This fair attracts up to 50 schools, mostly from East Asia and Southeast Asia, seeking experienced international educators. They offer a range of international curricula.

This fair caters for experience of all curricula, provided that educator experience has been gained beyond the home country.

The fair runs on Saturday and Sunday for educators, registering early on Saturday morning. For recruiters, registration is in the late afternoon of Friday. Both groups meet at the interview sign-up at 09.00 on Saturday. Orientations for recruiters and for educators are conducted online, in the week prior to the Fair.
