Mike Emborsky Appointed As The New Director
At The American Cooperative School of Tunis
On behalf of the American Cooperative School of Tunis, Search Associates is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Emborsky as it’s new Director, starting in the 2017-18 school year.
Mike has been Middle School Principal of the American Community School of Abu Dhabi since 2012. Previously, he was Middle and High School Principal at the International School of Dakar. Earlier administrative and teaching assignments included Ecuador, Dubai, Morocco, Japan and the USA.
He has completed coursework for his Ed. D. at Lehigh University, earned his MS from Niagara University and his B. A. from Sienna College.
Mike and his wife Lisa (an experienced educator in her own right, currently the Director of Curriculum and Professional Learning at ACS Abu Dhabi) eagerly anticipate becoming part of the collegial ACST community. The school has recently stabilized enrollment and the imminent return of a number of families from major community organizations will help fill the new facilities now being completed.
