Beijing Kaiwen Academy (KWA) is a boarding school nestled among nature, situated on a sprawling campus with exceptional facilities. A lake surrounded by a one-kilometer walking trail forms its central feature. In addition to buildings for the primary and secondary schools, a cafeteria, auditorium, and dorms, the school boasts a golf driving range, tennis and basketball courts, a baseball field, soccer pitches, an indoor swimming pool with eight lanes, and two gymnasiums.
KWA is located in the Hadian District of Beijing, which is thirty minutes from downtown and is renowned for its educational offerings. While KWA prefers to hire certified and experienced single teachers and interns, they will also consider candidates certified in non-English speaking countries as well as couples, including those with a non-teaching partner and. Candidates must hold their academic degree in the subject they will be teaching. Those under the age of 60 may obtain a work visa in China. KWA adds,
