Teach Internationally in Hanoi’s Eco-Friendly Green Spaces!

Nestled among lush trees and rolling green hills in the heart of Hanoi lies the eco-friendly environment of TH School, Hanoi. From primary through secondary levels, the school’s English-medium, international curriculum empowers students to evolve into autonomous learners, equipped with critical thinking skills and a global perspective.

The TH School Group boasts three distinguished campuses: Chùa Boc, offering day school to Grades K–12, in the heart of historic Hanoi; Hòa Lac, set in a serene Hanoi suburb, providing both day and boarding school for Grades 9–12; and Vinh Campus, centrally located in Vinh City, serving day-time students in Grades 9–12. Buses are available for day students to take to and from school.

Boarding and day students at Hòa Lac take great advantage of the swimming pool, sports hall, football field, table tennis, badminton, common room, study rooms, and laundry facilities. Hòa Lac’s modern facilities have been designed to bring comfort, sufficiency, and warmth for students coming from various places throughout Vietnam and other countries. While the school organizes activities for both after school and at the weekends, on Friday afternoon, boarders can take free transportation to the city and back to school on Monday morning.

Fully accredited by Cambridge Assessment International Education, TH School delivers the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) followed by the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and progressing naturally to the Cambridge International and A Levels. Currently 700 K-12 students of 21 nationalities are enrolled. About 90% of the students and 60% of the staff are Vietnamese.

TH School’s Vietnamese Studies program offers courses in Vietnamese language, history, and geography. While Vietnamese students nurture their mother tongue and deepen their connection with Vietnam's rich heritage and global standing, international students benefit from language acquisition and an enriched understanding of Vietnam's captivating culture and history.

TH School students are exposed to the full international education, while strongly preserve the core values of Vietnam. Within the curriculum, 80% of the classes are taught in English for the international curriculum and 20% of the classes are taught in Vietnamese for Vietnamese studies subjects. To encourage young talent, TH School awards scholarships that allow exceptional students to advance their education. International students can apply for TH School’s many scholarships as well, one of which is the Vietnamese Cultural Studies Scholarship.

TH School hires certified, experienced international teachers of diverse profiles wishing to teach overseas, including couples with a non-teaching partner. They would consider interns as well. Candidates must hold their academic degree in the subject they will be teaching. As per government regulations, there is no age limit to obtain a work visa.

The international teaching benefits package includes non-taxed salary, allowances for moving and monthly housing, and annual airfare. Tuition is free for up to two children. Worldwide health coverage—except for the U.S.—is fully covered and includes dental and long-term disability. Additionally, all employees receive an end-of-service payment based on one half-month net salary for each year of continuous employment. Other bonuses include transportation to and from school; visa and work permit fees for the overseas teaching employee and dependents; Vietnam mandatory health insurance; subsidized, delicious and healthy school lunches; and use of the school fitness center.
