About Amelia
Amelia Ren-Hayden brings more than ten years in human resources across both the corporate world and international education in China. She served as Human Resources Manager at Nanjing International School and as Executive Officer for the Association of China and Mongolia International Schools before joining Search Associates in 2009, where she works alongside her husband, Senior Associate Gez Hayden.
Amelia is the first point of contact for educators registering with the office, guiding them through the application process and supporting them through their job search. She helps manage the London January fair, answering questions from both educators and schools and handling invoicing and payments, and keeps the office running day to day. She has a sharp eye for the technical side as well, and is one of the people we turn to when new parts of our website and systems need testing before they go live.
Amelia divides her year between Cape Town and Nanjing, the two places she and Gez call home.
