About Kristi

With more than a decade of experience working in and alongside international schools, Kristi Williams is a trusted consultant to international and independent schools, helping boards and leadership teams strengthen governance, clarify strategic direction, and communicate with greater confidence and purpose.

Kristi is an International Governance Consultant authorized by the U.S. State Department Office of Overseas Schools and a CIS Affiliated Consultant. She leads governance workshops and conference sessions for AAIE, ECIS, EARCOS, AMISA, and AISA.

Based in East Africa, Kristi’s long-standing connection to international education gives her an informed understanding of the complexity, opportunity, and responsibility that shape international school communities.
