Head of School

Sias International School seeks an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Head of School to lead its next phase of growth, commencing July 2027. The Board’s central priorities are expanding boarding capacity, building an effective residential program, and growing qualified international enrollment beyond the school’s existing recruitment market. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience establishing or scaling boarding provision, developing international recruitment channels, executing campus development plans, and delivering measurable institutional results. Strong financial acumen, operational judgment, and the ability to build accountable teams are essential. The Board welcomes experienced Heads of School and exceptional senior enrollment or advancement executives who can demonstrate readiness for wholeschool leadership. The incoming leader must protect Sias’s positive learning culture, educational quality, safeguarding, and student wellbeing while pursuing ambitious, sustainable growth. A highly competitive executive compensation package will be offered, commensurate with the scope of the appointment and the candidate’s experience.
