International School Dhaka (ISD) seeks an experienced, dynamic and inspiring Secondary School Principal to lead Grades 6–12, commencing August 2027.
Working closely with the Director and Primary School Principal as a member of the School Leadership Team, the successful candidate will provide strategic and instructional leadership across the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP).
Key responsibilities include driving academic excellence, leading school improvement, supporting faculty professional growth, strengthening student wellbeing and agency, and fostering positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.
We seek a collaborative, student-centred leader with proven IB experience, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to developing a culture of high expectations, innovation and continuous improvement.
