Search Associates invites you to the prestigious Bangkok Fair, bringing together hundreds of recruiters from approximately 130+ international schools, many from across Asia, with experienced educators from around the world.

This highly competitive Fair offers an exceptional opportunity to meet multiple schools in one place, participate in face-to-face interviews, attend networking and social events, and gain first-hand insight into different school cultures and teaching philosophies. Historically, around 40–50% of attendees secure a position through the Fair.

The Bangkok Fair is best suited to experienced international educators, strong teaching couples and highly qualified subject specialists with a proven track record of success. As the Fair is competitive, it particularly suits flexible, internationally minded educators who are open to a range of locations and can demonstrate the experience and skills sought by attending schools.

The Bangkok Fair attracts a large and diverse group of international schools from around the world, with the majority coming from Asia. Typically, around 130+ schools attend, with additional representation from Europe, Africa, South America and the Middle East, offering a broad range of teaching and leadership opportunities.

The Bangkok Fair attracts schools offering a wide range of international curricula, so no single curriculum background is required. However, IB experience is particularly valued by many attending schools, and previous international school experience can provide a competitive advantage.

We strongly encourage you to attend the entire Fair to maximise your interview and networking opportunities. You must be available for the Interview Sign-Up Session on Friday afternoon, when the majority of interviews are arranged.
