Meet Our Fair
Known for Its Friendly, Personal Feel
This season, our Dubai Fair comes to Istanbul. Given current conditions in the Middle East, the city offers a welcoming and accessible setting for schools and educators to meet, and we look forward to returning to Dubai when circumstances allow.
The fair is organized by Senior Associate Bill Turner alongside his wife and colleague, Alison Turner, who have served as Principals at five schools across the region, spanning IB, British and American curricula. Their firsthand experience shapes an event designed around the needs of both schools and educators.
The fair is especially useful for educators interested in positions across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. We also welcome schools from further afield each year, including China, and as this is our first fair in Istanbul, we anticipate interest from schools in Türkiye and neighboring countries as well.
Because it takes place at the start of the recruiting season, the fair offers schools a valuable opportunity to connect with educators seeking leadership roles, along with teachers who have already decided to make a move for the following school year.
