With offices spanning six continents, Search Associates is powered by a dedicated team of professionals who bring firsthand experience in international education, leadership, and school operations. Our Senior Associates are former international educators and leaders who guide teachers and schools with regional expertise and a genuine commitment to service.
Working alongside them, our Consultants provide specialized support for school leadership searches, governance, and strategic initiatives. Our team of Coordinators ensures the smooth operation of all school, candidate, and program processes, offering responsive communication and organizational support across our global network.
