The International School of Geneva comprises eight schools on three campuses. In 2015, there are 4450 students, of over 141 nationalities, aged between 3 and 18.

Established in 1924, its guiding principles are an education that places the child at the centre; and is committed to promoting bilingualism; to fostering respect for diversity and, crucially, to educating for peace and international citizenship

The birthplace of the International Baccalaureate movement, the School has a distinguished record for discourse and innovation in the field of education. In 2011, it established its own Institute of Learning and Teaching which offers PGCE and Master’s programmes in association with the Universities of Durham and Geneva.

Following the appointment of the current post-holder to the role of Campus and Secondary Principal at La Grande Boissière from August 2015, we now seek to appoint his successor to lead educational research, strategic development, the review of student attainment and the provision of professional development so that the International School of Geneva retains and extends its excellent reputation as a school which provides a nurturing, relevant, exciting and successful education. This is a senior leadership position and the post holder reports to the Director General.
