Chadwick International is a PreK-G12 international school fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities built in the Songdo International Business District, Incheon, Republic of Korea.

Chadwick International is the sister campus of Chadwick School, a K-12 school in the greater South Bay area of Los Angeles, which was founded by Margaret Lee Chadwick in 1935. The two campuses share the same mission to develop global citizens with keen minds, exemplary character, self-knowledge, and the ability to lead.

Chadwick International is an authorized four programme International Baccalaureate (IB) world school, offering PYP, MYP, DP and CP. Chadwick International emphasizes experiential and inquiry-based learning both in and outside the classroom including programs in Outdoor Education and Service Learning. Outdoor Education allows students to develop conflict-resolution abilities and leadership skills through various outdoor experiences. Meanwhile, the Service Learning program teaches students how to interact with both their local and international communities and problem solve on a deeper level. These fundamental programs provide students the opportunity to apply valuable lessons learned in the classroom and prepare them to be the leaders of tomorrow.

Chadwick International helps to achieve its educational mission through recruiting and supporting highly experienced, dedicated, and diverse faculty members from around the world. With the support of the faculty, Chadwick International is capable of the low teacher to student ratio of 1:8.

Chadwick International’s superior educational facilities include an aquatic center with scuba diving capabilities, two gymnasiums, two performing arts indoor theaters, a television studio that allows production of up to eight channels, a working garden, purpose-built science laboratories and three design/maker spaces. These facilities permit students to cultivate their intellectual, artistic and physical abilities through Chadwick International’s experience-based curriculum.

THE POSITION:


Position Title: Director of Enrollment Management and Strategy

Reports to: Head of School 

Receives guidance from: School Administrators

Supervises: Assistant Director of Admissions, Admissions Officer, Admissions Associate  

 

 Essential Duties


Provides strategic leadership and operational management for the Admissions Office,  and financial aid program and leads collaborative student admissions and retention efforts within the educational divisions


Leads the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan


Recommends strategic initiatives, actions, and policy considerations to the HOS and principals


Models, articulates, and promotes Chadwick’s Core Values and Mission to all constituencies, internal and external


Enrollment Responsibilities

 

Monitors and evaluates enrollment management processes, directs the development of solutions for enrollment management issues, ensures that services and work products meet quality standards, analyzes and reports operational results, assures the effective allocation and utilization of resources, and develops action plans 

Builds strategic partnerships with other members of the CI community and outside stakeholders to structure and execute school-wide enrollment recruitment and retention efforts

Ensures that the admission team’s work is connected, understood and shared throughout the school.

Establishes relationships with prospective families, helps them choose to enroll their child, and sees that child grow, thrive, graduate, and move on

Participates in and networks with local and regional organizations and associations to facilitate recruitment initiatives and establish enrollment partnerships

Develops, oversees, monitors, and promotes a strategic and effective Financial Aid Program that supports the school's Mission, Philosophy, and Strategic Plan and enjoys broad understanding and support by all constituencies, including the Board

Works collaboratively with colleagues on both Chadwick campuses to share strategies, expertise, ideas, and best practices


Administrative Responsibilities

 

  • Serves as a member of the CI Leadership Team

  • Manages assigned staff, develops priorities, and assigns tasks and projects; ensures that they work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently; and ensures that appropriate services are provided and goals are defined and achieved

  • Oversees and manages the office budgets and provides leadership in formulating and articulating strategic priorities and resource needs for the future


Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment and admissions at an educational institution, with successful leadership experience in these areas.

  • Significant direct supervisor experience and administrative leadership of multifaceted operations involving numerous professionals, students, and support personnel.




COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


Chadwick International offers an initial contract term of two years (renewable). The salary for this position is commensurate with the significant responsibilities of the position and is competitive within Asia. The School pays the salary in net payment. Other benefits for the position include worldwide medical insurance coverage for the employee and his/her dependents and AD&D insurance for the employee. In addition, the school offers 13% of the salary as an annuity, an end-of-service reserve, professional development allowance, flights home annually, relocation & settlement allowance, meal allowance, cell phone subsidy, comfortably furnished housing, allowance for utilities, discretionary leave of 5 days, and other benefits.
