On behalf of the Search Committee and the American Embassy School, New Delhi, I am pleased to announce that, after a worldwide search, which produced a large number of excellent candidates, Dr. Nada Collins has been appointed to the position of Elementary Principal beginning in July of 2016.
Dr. Collins is currently the Lower School Principal at Graded – The American School of Sao Paulo, Brazil. She has worked in international schools for the last thirteen years. Prior to Brazil she held the roles of Lower School Principal at the Casablanca American School, Morocco and at the Schutz American School in Egypt. Dr. Collins also worked as a Counselor and Elementary Principal at the International School of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

The American Embassy School, New Delhi, is a PK-12 international school serving 1200 children from 50+ nations with a sincere commitment to the development of each of our students. Our community is seeking a caring, visionary leader committed to making a difference in the world; someone who believes in collaborative, transparent decision-making. Excellent people skills and a strong work ethic are essential. Substantive international school experience is preferred as well as enthusiasm about living and working in India.
We seek a principal for our Elementary School (PK-5) who can inspire and support dynamic, creative teaching and who values the importance of data in improving instruction.
