Seeks a

High School Principal

To commence July 2015

We quote below part of Director Steve Razidlo's  Announcement about the H S Principal Search;

"From reviews of a qualified list of potential candidates through our initial Skype interviews to last week's finalist visits and the corresponding offer we are proud and excited to announce that Mr. Jarret Lambie has agreed to lead our high school beginning August, 2015.  We are thankful to Search Associates for the help we had finding initial candidates to screen and select through a process which began before the December break.

Jarret, his wife Cheryl, and their son Aidan will join our community after serving in international schools in Kuala Lumpur and in Seoul, Korea. Jarret has been an IB English teacher, a high school assistant principal, and for the last four years has been high school principal at Seoul International School.  Mr. Lambie's recommendations and references matched the qualities of his visit.  He is articulate, he is grounded in the experience of teaching high school students, he is experienced in leadership roles at schools with high performance and high expectations, and he is interested in our school as a great fit for his family.

Thanks again to all who participated in our process.  Our internal and external feedback loops endorsed Mr. Jarret Lambie as a great choice for this important leadership position.

Congratulations, Mr. Lambie.  Congratulations, AIS!
