Deputy Head of School - International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL)

The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) is seeking an experienced and values-driven educational leader to join our leadership team as Deputy Head of School.

This newly created role reflects ISKL’s commitment to operating as a coherent, aligned, and high-functioning learning ecosystem. Working closely with the Head of School, the Deputy Head of School plays a central role in translating vision into practice by strengthening systems, supporting leaders, and ensuring clarity, care, and consistency across the school.

The Deputy Head of School provides strategic leadership across key areas including people systems, student experience, co-curricular programs, community partnership, and operational alignment. The role supports school leaders, fosters strong collaboration across departments and divisions, and helps ensure that daily practices reflect ISKL’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

This is a senior leadership position for an experienced school leader who combines systems thinking with relational intelligence, who leads with empathy and professionalism, and who is comfortable navigating complexity while building trust and coherence.
